Bookings & Length of Stays
From 18th July to 04 September 2026, the bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Short breaks, outside of this time frame, consist of a stay for either 3 or 4 nights, the price is the same.
Arrivals / Departures
Arrivals are from 5:00 PM onwards.
Departures are by 10:00 AM
If the guest needs an earlier check in or later departure, please ask in case this might be possible.
Payments and Extras
A deposit of 1/4 of the total is required to secure the booking
A breakages deposit of £100 is required (to be returned by 2 days after departure)
Cleaning fee: £40 will be added to the total amount.
The balance amount plus breakages and cleaning fee will be payable one month before the arrival date.
Cancellation
If there is a cancellation the deposit amount of 1/4 will be forfeited by the client
If the cancellation occurs within one month of the arrival there will be no refund unless the house is rented to another client. In this case we will return all of the rental except for the 1/4 deposit, please make your own arrangements for cancelation insurance
